She earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from ITAM, Mexico, and holds an MBA from Stanford GSB. With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and more than two decades in the non-profit sector, Yessica began her professional journey as a trainee at Latin America’s largest pharmacy chain, Farmacias Similares, and swiftly rose through the ranks to become the Director of the international division, responsible for strategy and operations in Chile, Argentina, and Guatemala.

Yessica also has made extensive contributions to social impact initiatives. She founded and presides over the board of Fundacion Niños de Eugenia, a non-profit that has provided a home for 500+ children in Mexico for over two decades. She has offered her expertise as an independent consultant for start-up ventures in Mexico and for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Her latest venture, DR.GOODPRICE was born out of her vision to provide high-quality primary healthcare services in one accessible and affordable location, maintaining the utmost professionalism and fostering a warm and empathetic environment for both patients and medical professionals.
