Residents thank dedicated employees by contributing $228,040
Maris Grove, the Erickson Senior Living community in Glen Mills, Pa., distributed more than $228,040 to eligible hourly team members through its 2024 Staff Appreciation Fund (SAF).
The SAF, made possible through generous donations from warm-hearted residents, was dispersed during a Staff Appreciation celebration event on December 6. At the festive event, Maris Grove’s leadership team served appreciation meals to employees, while members of the Resident Advisory Council expressed gratitude to the staff. Team members also had the chance to thank residents for their thoughtful gift.
The gifts served as a thank you for providing residents with industry-leading services that enhance the community’s engaging, worry-free lifestyle.
“Thank you to the residents for their generous donations to the fund,” said Executive Director Maureen Heckler. “Their contributions makes a positive difference and truly embodies the spirit of the season.”
A total of 618 employees were celebrated and received a distribution from the Fund this year.
