Green Rebates, a Bellevue, WA-based rebate and incentive management company for the horticulture industry, acquired Synergy, a company delivering energy rebates to indoor horticulture customers across North America.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will combine Green Rebates’ horticulture expertise with Seinergy’s extensive experience in energy incentives and policy for cannabis growers.
