Stewart Title Guaranty Company is pleased to announce that Patrick Myers has joined the team as Business Development Officer for the Baltimore Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) in the Mid-Atlantic Commercial Division. Myers brings a strong background in real estate and finance to the team.
In his role, Myers will identify, procure, and nurture new business relationships within the commercial real estate space, focusing on connecting new clients with Stewart Title’s trusted title insurance and related services. He will collaborate with commercial real estate brokers, developers, lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals to expand Stewart Title’s market presence across the Baltimore MSA.

Myers most recently served as Land Acquisition Manager for Caruso Homes, where he managed projects and developed relationships supporting residential ventures throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to that, he held various roles at Taylor Morrison and William Lyon Homes in Austin, Texas, where he advanced from Land Acquisition Analyst to Senior Land Acquisition Analyst, contributing to financial transactions and project management. Myers also brings financial services experience from Brown Advisory in Baltimore, where he served as a Business Analyst and Institutional Performance Analyst.

Myers earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business in 2014.
