SIG Logistics renewed its lease of 30,000 square feet of industrial space at 516 Woodlake Circle in Chesapeake, VA. Geoff Poston, SIOR handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant. 

Apco Technologies Engineering Inc. leased 17,719 square feet of industrial space at West Park, 301 West Park Ln., in Hampton, VA. Ellis Colthorpe and Geoff Poston, SIOR handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

Builders Insulation Holdings Inc leased 13,000 square feet of office/warehouse space at 919 Corporate Lane in Chesapeake, VA. Brett Sain and Geoff Poston, SIOR handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
