Community members thank dedicated employees by contributing $400,000
Devonshire, the Erickson Senior Living community in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and Chatsworth, Devonshire’s continuing care neighborhood, distributed more than $400,000 to eligible hourly team members through its 2024 Employee Appreciation Fund (EAF).
The EAF, made possible through generous donations from warm-hearted residents in June and in December, was dispersed during an Employee Appreciation Fund Event. The awards served as a thank you for providing residents with industry-leading services that enhance the community’s engaging, worry-free lifestyle.
“The incredible generosity of community members who support the Employee Appreciation Fund, twice a year, matches the wonderful spirit of the season,” stated Brad Andrus, Executive Director. “In turn, our team members have earned this recognition for their caring attitudes, creativity, and diligence, especially during our 25th anniversary events this summer. Together, they make Devonshire and Chatsworth an amazing place to live and work.”
