IREM Boston Honors Award Recipients at Annual Holiday Celebration

The Institute of Real Estate Management Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 announced individual and corporate award recipients for 2024 at its Annual Holiday Celebration, held December 4th at The Seaport Hotel in Boston.

Jazmin Colon, the Affordable Housing Compliance Trainer with John F. Corcoran & Company, was honored with the DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Individual Award of the Year recognition.

The DEI Company of the Year Award went to Flynn Law Group for its dedication to fostering an inclusive workplace that celebrates diversity and promotes equity.

Nancy Gaudet, Senior Vice President with John F. Corcoran & Company, was named 2024 Certified Property Manager (CPM) of the Year.

The 2024 Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) of the Year Award went to Jessenia Castro of The Peabody Companies.

Taking the honors as the 2024 Friend of Year/Industry Partner was David Rowell of CertaPro Painters.

The festive event also saw the installation of a new CPM and several ARM designees.
