Kurt Hediger, senior vice president of Graystone represented the buyer, Faropoint, a U.S.-based real estate investment firm that focuses on last mile industrial real estate.
The 73,000-square-foot center is fully occupied by SRS Distribution, the fastest growing distributor of building products in the United States, on a triple net basis. The industrial asset features clear heights ranging 22 feet, 4 external docks, and two drive-in doors. The 9.93-acre site provides potential for industrial outdoor storage.
