National home builder acquires ready-to-build lots to start model homes 

DiVosta, the luxury home brand offered by PulteGroup, is planning a new single-family home community within the Eastpointe Country Club located in Palm Beach Gardens.

DiVosta is acquiring 75 ready-to-build homesites from another builder.  The company closed on the first eight lots for model homes on December 11, 2024, and will acquire the remaining lots in 2025.

Construction on the models at The Reserve at Eastpointe will begin immediately, and home sales will begin in early 2025. The first move-ins should occur later in the year. Home sizes range from 2,018 to 3,810 square feet of living space with prices starting over $1 million.

All buyers will enjoy a Social Membership to the private Eastpointe Country Club, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary. Members can access The Pointe, an energetic lifestyle center that opened in 2023, which boasts a state-of-the-art fitness center, upscale casual dining, and two resort pools. The club also features tennis courts and six new Pickleball courts.

Social members will be eligible to upgrade to a full golf membership. The club has two Fazio-designed championship golf courses, including the East course, which is currently undergoing a complete renovation.
