Panorama Education Appoints Seth Johnson as Chief Client Officer

BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Panorama Education, an education technology company that helps students achieve academic success and well-being, today announced the appointment of Chief Client Officer Seth Johnson. Seth will lead Panorama Education’s client-facing teams in ensuring exceptional support and partnership with K-12 schools and districts across the country. 

Seth brings over 14 years of experience in client success roles and joins Panorama Education from LearnUpon, a leading learning management system company, where he served as Vice President of Customer Experience. At LearnUpon, he oversaw client onboarding, success, support, community engagement and documentation teams, driving customer satisfaction, retention and growth. Prior to LearnUpon, Seth held senior leadership roles at Lucid and Instructure, where he played pivotal roles in scaling customer operations and building strong client partnerships.

In his new role, Seth will oversee all aspects of customer engagement at Panorama Education, including onboarding, success, support and professional development designed to fit districts’ unique needs. Seth will work closely with Chief Revenue Officer Trey Yost and Chief Technology Officer Daniel Johnson to close the gap of what educators need through purpose-built tools, user-friendly data and professional development plans that can increase efficiency and foster individualized student support.

Seth earned both a master’s degree in Instructional Technology and a bachelor’s degree in English from Utah State University.
