Anná Frazier, an accounting professional with more than 10 years of diversified corporate experience, has been selected as Property Accountant by Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company with a portfolio value exceeding $4 billion across 12 states. She was formerly Accounts Payable Supervisor for Horizon Land Company.
Frazier will be responsible for managing a variety of accounting functions for a portfolio of CRC multifamily and commercial properties situated across the U.S. Her tasks will encompass assembling monthly and year-end packages and managing bank reconciliations, accruals, reclasses, budgets and lender reporting.
Frazier’s work experience also includes handling accounting responsibilities for Humphrey Management and Koons Toyota of Annapolis. She studied Psychology and Elementary Education at Coffeyville Community College, and is presently taking classes at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
