Holbrook, CPM, Vice President of Thalhimer’s Commercial Property Services Group was inducted as President of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Central Virginia Chapter for 2025 at IREM’s annual holiday gala on December 12th. He will serve a one-year term.
Mr. Holbrook joined Thalhimer in 2019 as a portfolio manager, promoted to senior portfolio manager in 2020, and senior portfolio manager, Team Lead in 2021. Mr. Holbrook leads Thalhimer’s Commercial Building Services platform as well as a team of portfolio managers in the Richmond market.
Thomas Graeber, ACoM, was named the IREM 2024 ACoM of the Year for the Central Virginia Chapter. Mr. Graeber also served on IREM’s programs committee and helped plan member events. He joined Thalhimer’s Commercial Property Services in 2022.
