T&M Associates, a leading national consulting, engineering, environmental, and technical services company, is pleased to welcome Clyde Higgs, President & CEO of Atlanta Beltline, Inc. to T&M as a member of the Board of Directors. In this role, he will provide advice and oversight in strategic planning, client relations, governance, and technology focused solutions.
Higgs currently serves as the President & CEO of Atlanta Beltline Inc., one of the largest, most comprehensive, urban redevelopment programs in the United States. Under his leadership, the Atlanta Beltline has seen significant advancements, expanding the Beltline’s strong working relationships with private and public partners across the region, state, and country to provide a network of public parks, multi-use trails, and transit along a historic 22-mile railroad corridor circling downtown Atlanta while connecting more than 45 neighborhoods catalyzing economic growth. As a collaborative minded executive, Higgs has extensive experience leading complex infrastructure initiatives, strategic planning, technology commercialization, real estate development, and government relations.

Higgs earned his Bachelor of Art in Psychology from the University of South Alabama and his Master of Public Administration from East Carolina University. In addition to his professional achievements, Higgs has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “Most Admired CEO” Award and being named one of Georgia Trend’s “100 Most Influential Leaders in Georgia.” He has also served on several boards, including the Texas Emerging Technology Fund, the North Carolina Community College System, and International Economic Development Council.
