
Legacy Partners, a privately held national real estate firm, today announced the addition of Katie Flores as Development Manager.

A seasoned real estate development professional with more than a decade of experience in project management, pre-construction coordination, and construction oversight, Flores previously served as a Development Associate at Ledcor, where she managed the Canyon Bluffs Apartments project, an 88-unit luxury apartment community in Riverside, California. Her career also includes roles at Intracorp, Sares Regis Group, and Trammell Crow Residential, where she contributed to high-profile projects such as Amplifi in Fullerton; The Isle at Mariners Shores in Newport Beach; The Place in Costa Mesa; and C2E, LUX, MDL, and The Royce in Irvine.
Flores earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Arizona State University and is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI).
