Dive into the Wild + Whole Experience at Nàdair on Jan. 8

Chef Kevin Gillespie and MeatEater’s Danielle Prewett Celebrate the Art of Seasonal and Wild Game Cooking During “Wild + Whole” Book Signing Event
 
WHAT:              
Nàdair chef and owner Kevin Gillespie and MeatEater’s Danielle Prewett invite guests to a special evening celebrating the newly released MeatEater’s Wild + Whole: Seasonal Recipes for the Conscious Cook. On Wednesday, Jan. 8, guests will enjoy a selection of seasonal hors d’oeuvres inspired by the book, mingle with Prewett during a meet-and-greet, and take home a signed copy of Wild + Whole.

Attendees will celebrate the intersection of wild game cooking and seasonal cuisine while connecting with like-minded food enthusiasts. This is a unique opportunity to meet Prewett, sample curated bites from the cookbook, and be immersed in wild, whole-food preparation. Among the seasonal hors d’oeuvres to be served are:

  • Beef bone marrow with celery gremolata toast
  • Winter venison tartare
  • BBQ confit duck brioche sliders
  • Terrine of wild Scottish hare, bacon, and leeks
  • Scallops with pecan dukkah (or king mushroom “scallops” for vegetarians)
  • Chai-spiced parsnip cake

Tickets, available via Resy, are $75 per person and include a signed copy of “Wild + Whole” and all hors d’oeuvres. A cash bar will serve beverages, and additional copies of “Wild + Whole” will be available for purchase.
