Kleinfeld Kaplan & Becker Elects T. Daniel Logan as Partner

WASHINGTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Kleinfeld Kaplan & Becker LLP (KKB) is pleased to announce that T. Daniel “Dan” Logan has been elected to the partnership effective January 1, 2025. Mr. Logan’s practice focuses on advising and representing clients regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the food, cosmetic, drug, dietary supplement, and tobacco industries on regulatory compliance and advertising law matters.

Prior to joining KKB as an associate in 2018, he served as Associate Chief Counsel at the FDA’s Office of the Chief Counsel, where Dan advised subject matter experts, assessed evidence and policy rationales, and developed legal interpretations relating to the FDA’s regulatory objectives. Additionally, during his time at the FDA, he worked with the Center for Tobacco Products and directed the center on rulemakings, program development, calculation and assessment of user fees, premarket review of tobacco products, and enforcement strategies. Dan also served as counsel for the FDA for investigations conducted by the Government Accountability Office and Office of the Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services.

“Dan’s broad range of skills, diverse experiences, and deep client relationships position him exceptionally well for making significant contributions to the partnership and the broader FDA bar for many years,” said Will Woodlee, KKB’s managing partner. “His promotion will further strengthen our firm’s position among the most comprehensive FDA regulatory and advertising practices in the country.”
