The Signal 13 Foundation is pleased to announce that Frank Kelly III has joined its Board of Directors. Signal 13 is a local nonprofit that supports Baltimore City Police with financial hardship grants and college scholarships for their children.
Frank Kelly is Chief Executive Officer of Kelly Benefits. Kelly Benefits has evolved into one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing providers of benefits administration and technology, broker and consulting services, payroll solutions, and comprehensive tools and strategies to serve businesses of all sizes. Frank is also involved in many community and civic activities. For more than 20 years, Frank has served in several leadership roles within the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at both the national and local levels, and on the boards of Calvert Hall College High School, Calvert School, USA Lacrosse Foundation, Maryland Chamber of Commerce, The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, Living Classrooms Foundation, Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation, Greater Baltimore Committee, AFRO Charities, Inc., and World Vision Leadership
Council.
