Prolific Lee & Associates South Florida Duo Closes New Investment Sales Transactions in Florida and New Jersey

Principal Greg Milopoulos and Senior Vice President Christian Baena finish 2024 on strong note with latest transactions

Lee & Associates South Florida Principal Greg Milopoulos and Senior Vice President Christian Baena helped two existing clients close commercial real estate sale transactions in South Florida and New Jersey. The New Jersey deal underscores both the duo’s strong relationships and the unmatched cross-market opportunities created by Lee & Associates’ national network.

In Pompano Beach, Florida, Milopoulos and Baena brokered another transaction on behalf of repeat client Stonelake Capital Partners. Stonelake purchased the industrial building totaling 33,200 square feet at 1721 Blount Road for an undisclosed price.

The property is adjacent to the 1701 Blount Road building that Stonelake purchased in August 2024 in another deal brokered by Milopoulos and Baena. CCP Investment Group LLC, the seller of 1721 Blount Road, was represented by Richard Abraham of Abraham & Associates. The two buildings, which collectively total 66,400 square feet and are adjacent to each other, were previously owned by separate owners.

In Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, Milopoulos and Baena collaborated with Lee & Associates New Jersey’s Mark Fowler to represent Andler Investments in its $3.4 million acquisition of an industrial building. This marks the fourth transaction Milopoulos and Baena completed for Andler, which retained the duo to handle the disposition of its assets across the nation.

The 102 E. Parkway Drive building has 34,000 square feet of space on a 3.14-acre property. Closing the complex sale required creativity and close collaboration. The buyer paid a monthly rent while it completed a site plan approval process that took several months.

Milopoulos and Baena have more than 20 years of development, investment sales, landlord and tenant representation experience in South Florida. They joined Lee & Associates South Florida in 2023, with Milopoulos heading up the firm’s Broward County industrial activities out of its Deerfield Beach office, and Baena working out of its Miami office.

The duo has closed on over 150,000 square feet of sales and leases this year. They collectively work together representing clients in dispositions and generating investment sales opportunities throughout the tri-county area.
