Redgrave LLP is pleased to announce that Amanda M. Moeller has been promoted to Partner, effective Jan. 1, 2025.
Amanda focuses her practice on advising clients on a wide range of information governance and discovery issues, including the identification, preservation, collection, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) for litigations and investigations. She also advises clients on using artificial intelligence (AI) in business settings in relation to information governance and discovery considerations.
Since joining the Firm in 2021, Amanda has been a key team member on several complex litigation and information governance matters. Her work has included managing the identification and preservation of custodial data for a “bet the company” litigation matter for a major transportation company and leading a company-wide assessment of information governance and eDiscovery processes and practices for a nationwide retailer.

Before joining Redgrave, Amanda served as counsel for Dentons US LLP, where she focused her practice on eDiscovery and Information Governance for the U.S. Region.
Amanda earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Valparaiso University.
