Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC (KRCL) announced that it has elected Catalina Booth, Meggan Crow, Kari Lutringer, and Kyle Woodard as directors of the firm, effective January 1, 2025.

Catalina Booth is a litigation attorney with a focus on transportation law, investigations, evidence preservation, and trial advocacy. With over nine years as in-house counsel for Union Pacific and six years as an Assistant District Attorney in Harris County, Texas, she brings a depth of experience to her practice. Currently, Booth focuses on handling commercial vehicle accidents and providing immediate response to a variety of catastrophic events. Additionally, she has developed a comprehensive forensic investigation program designed to assist her clients in managing risks proactively and effectively.

Meggan Crow has extensive trial experience, which includes railroad litigation as well as general commercial matters. She is a member of the firm’s Emergency Response, Railroad, and Tort Litigation practices, and is responsible for safeguarding the firm’s clients, addressing their risks, and achieving recoveries in various areas related to heavy industry.

Kari Lutringer offers comprehensive legal services to individuals and businesses across a wide range of industries, including real estate, agriculture, oilfield services, banking, financial services, and private clients. With a deep understanding of various sectors, she is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of her clients’ needs. Her practice primarily focuses on transactional law, where she excels in facilitating business acquisitions and dispositions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other key business transitions. Lutringer also provides expert counsel on capital transactions, financing arrangements, joint ventures, and the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements.

Kyle Woodard counsels clients in all facets of bankruptcy law and related litigation, including secured and unsecured creditors, bankruptcy trustees, corporate debtors, and creditors’ committees. Additionally, Woodard manages complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
