ALEXANDRIA, Va.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Shawn James has acquired Transformation Systems Inc. (TSi), a Human Capital Services firm specializing in Workforce Development, Organizational Development, and Enterprise and Mission Performance Management services. James joined TSi in 2012 and now serves as President & CEO.
James’s background includes service as a naval officer and executive roles in notable defense industry organizations. He has worked with a range of government organizations throughout his career including the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Army, and civilian agencies.
