Lusha Acquires Novacy

Lusha, a Boston, MA-based B2B sales intelligence company, acquired Novacy, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based provider of a conversation intelligence platform.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

This acquisition further enhance Lusha’s capabilities beyond the initial stages of the sales process, such as prospecting and outreach, positioning the company as an end-to-end solution that now includes sales call optimization, ultimately driving towards closing deals.

Led by CEO Or Biderman, Novacy offers AI-powered conversation intelligence technology that provides insights into virtual sales meetings by combining AI-driven conversation analysis with comprehensive sales enablement tools. It empowers teams to capture critical deal insights while delivering data-driven coaching by analyzing conversations and identifying pivotal moments. This enables sales professionals to refine strategies, anticipate objections, and address customer needs with greater precision and confidence.
