HWE completes sale of 122-room asset in growing DFW area submarket of Lewisville
Hodges Ward Elliott, the premier boutique hospitality capital markets advisor, arranged the sale of the Home2 Suites Lewisville Dallas, a 122-room extended-stay hotel located in Lewisville, TX.
An HWE team led by Austin Brooks, Managing Director, Michael Brandes, Vice President, and Chase Wood, Associate, facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller.
The Home2 Suites Lewisville Dallas opened in September 2020, making it one of the newest select-service hotels in the market. The property is strategically located in the northern Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area within the Lewisville submarket which has experienced significant population growth over the last decade. The property is also close to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and is surrounded by over 60 million square feet of office and industrial space, including numerous corporate headquarters.
