Leasing Underway for RJ Development’s Newest New England Community
JAG Management Company, the third-party management division of Jefferson Apartment Group, has launched leasing for its newest fee-managed community – Cadence on Canal in the Dixwell neighborhood of New Haven, Connecticut.
RJ Development & Advisors LLC developed the five-story, 176-unit mid-rise which sits along the popular Farmington Canal Heritage Trail, an 84 mile hiker-biker greenway. Cadence on Canal, at 222 Canal Street, is a Class A community featuring thoughtfully designed apartments and robust amenities.
