Rebeca Leininger, CAM has been promoted to Senior Manager, Systems Support at Thalhimer Multifamily (TMF). Ms. Leininger first joined TMF in 2021 at Deering Manor and advanced to Systems Support Coordinator in November 2023. Since then, she has played a vital role in the rollout of a new software stack for TMF. Ms. Leininger is based in the Richmond corporate office.
Darlene “DJ” Sliech has been promoted to Senior Manager, Client Services at TMF. Ms. Sliech joined TMF in 2018 as an onsite leasing associate in student housing, later serving as a senior property manager for the TRP Manchester City View properties. She was promoted to Regional Property Manager in March 2021 and named Manager of Client Services in April 2024. She brings over 11 years of progressive property management and new construction experience to her new role.
Adam Kiser has been promoted to Senior Operations Manager. Mr. Kiser joined TMF in March 2024 as Operations Manager. He has over 14 years of dedicated experience managing residential and commercial assets and a proven track record of maximizing efficiency and fostering strong relationships. He has been instrumental in onboarding new business and will continue implementing departmental improvements in his elevated role
Christy Pangelinan, CAM, CAPS has been promoted to Senior Regional Property Manager. Ms. Pangelinan joined TMF in June 2022 as a Portfolio Manager, with more than 14 years of property management experience, and has managed a Richmond-area portfolio. In her new role, she will continue her portfolio oversight while mentoring other Regional Property Managers and taking an active role in TMF initiatives.
Tara Thomas has been promoted to Senior Regional Property Manager. Ms. Thomas joined TMF in April 2022 as a Portfolio Manager, managing Thalhimer’s North Carolina properties and a Tri-Cities portfolio. She has 30 years of property management experience. In addition to portfolio oversight, Ms. Thomas will expand her responsibilities by serving as a mentor to other Regional Property Managers and taking an active role in TMF initiatives.
Mary Carlson has been promoted to Operations Specialist. Ms. Carlson first started with TMF in May 2013 as a community manager at Sundance Station in Richmond. In this new role, she will join TMF operations in the Richmond office where she will assist with training initiatives and support the transition of new business.
Molly Roth, CAM, CAPS has been promoted to Regional Property Manager. Ms. Roth joined TMF in May 2024 as an operations manager focused on a new third-party management assignment. Ms. Roth’s direct involvement with this client allowed for a natural transition into her new role. She will manage this Richmond-area portfolio.
Jennifer Dezern has been promoted to Assistant Regional Property Manager. Ms. Dezern was previously the Community Manager for The Point at Tech Center in Newport News, starting in 2018. During her time with TMF, she has served as an onsite mentor, which prepared her for this promotion. Her expanded role will allow for direct client support for a growing Peninsula-area portfolio.
Tracey Lowry has been promoted to Assistant Regional Property Manager. Ms. Lowry has been with TMF at Riverpoint Apartments in Norfolk since 1998, most recently as Community Manager. She has produced steady results and mentored others throughout the region and will build on this experience in her expanded role while supporting her Virginia Beach and Norfolk portfolio.
