Tony Fernandez has been promoted to Vice President from his role as Project Executive. With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Tony has been instrumental in the success of ANF’s multifamily sector. He began his career as an Architectural Draftsman in 1978 and holds a bachelor’s in architectural design from the University of Florida and a bachelor’s in construction management from Florida International University. He is also a State of Florida General Contractor and Roofing Contractor. Tony’s portfolio includes multifamily projects, luxury condominiums, and retail centers, with notable projects like Douglas Garden and South Point Vista for the McDowell Group and South Point Mixed Use for The Graham Companies and Oakwood Village Apartments for Global City Development. In his new role, Tony will oversee strategic project execution and strengthen client relationships across ANF’s multifamily sector.
David Trujillo has been promoted to Project Executive. With 22 years of experience, David has demonstrated versatility by transitioning from leading complex healthcare and education projects to successfully completing his first market-rate multifamily development. Known for managing projects on occupied campuses and near sensitive patient areas, David’s expertise has been instrumental in delivering operational excellence. Recently, he embraced ANF’s growth in the multifamily sector and will now lead two additional projects for 13th Floor Investments. A Civil Engineering graduate from Florida International University and State Certified General Contractor, David’s ability to foster strong relationships and adapt to evolving demands makes him a key leader in ANF’s healthcare and multifamily sectors.
Ernie Rodriguez has been promoted to Project Executive. With over 22 years of industry experience, Ernie has led a wide range of residential, commercial, and educational projects, successfully delivering nearly 3,000 residential units in South Florida. His expertise spans site development, OSHA safety standards, and DOT coordination, with notable projects such as Pines Garden at City Center and Centro City for Terra Group and University Station and Rainbow Village for Housing Trust Group. As Project Executive, Ernie will continue promoting ANF’s core values by guiding teams to success, ensuring safety, and upholding quality across key projects.
Peter Kurszewski has also been promoted to Project Executive. With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Peter is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida. His portfolio includes healthcare, education, and governmental facilities, with signature projects such as Memorial Hospital Miramar Medical Office Building, the Baptist Health Plantation Wellness Complex, and the Broward Sheriff’s Office Research, Development, and Training Center. Peter will leverage his expertise to oversee sustainable, high-quality institutional projects that align with ANF’s mission. More recently, Peter has taken the lead on several projects for the Seminole Tribe of Florida and our latest ALF project, All Seasons for Beztak.
