A member of the firm’s Matrimonial/Family practice, Kenney represents clients in all aspects of family related issues including divorce, complex custody issues, child support, alimony, property division, adoption, and domestic violence matters. She also serves as a Trustee for the Morris County Bar Association.
Hascup is a member of the firm’s Criminal Practice Group and represents adults and juvenile clients who have been charged with criminal offenses throughout New Jersey. She is a former Morris County Assistant Prosecutor and Municipal Prosecutor and in 2024 was recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney.
Schwartz is a member of Einhorn Barbarito’s Taxation and Trusts & Estates practice groups and advises high-net-worth clients and their families on sophisticated estate planning matters with an emphasis on tax-efficient transfers of wealth to future generations and charitable organizations. He is licensed in New Jersey and New York and is admitted to the U.S. Tax Court.
Smith is a member of the firm’s Matrimonial/Family practice and represents clients in litigation and mediation surrounding issues of divorce, alimony, child support, custody, relocation, grandparent visitation, parenting time, and equitable distribution.
