RCCB Expands Footprint and Celebrates Exceptional 2024 with New Offices and Practice Growth

Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld, a law firm offering a distinctive combination of practical business acumen, legal expertise and entrepreneurial passion, celebrated a year of engagement, growth, and recognition in 2024. RCCB will continue to prioritize culture, innovation, and client service in 2025, beginning with an exciting slate of initiatives for the new year.

In the beginning of 2025, RCCB will be expanding its footprint both regionally and nationally. In Center City Philadelphia, the firm will be moving to Three Logan Square, taking over the entire 47th floor, and increasing its footprint in Philadelphia by 82 percent. Additionally, it will be increasing its Conshohocken office square footage by approximately 33 percent. Lastly, RCCB will open a Nashville office in the spring of 2025.

2024 Highlights: A Year of Growth and Innovation

Team and Practice Expansion

RCCB expanded its team and practice areas significantly in 2024, growing its attorney count by nearly 18 percent, ending the year with 70 attorneys. Key milestones included:

  • Added new practice areas, including Gaming & Sports, and expanded our registered investment advisor and broker-dealer compliance regulatory services.
  • Strengthened Real Estate and Tax Groups, as well as other specialty practices, including employee benefits and ERISA.
  • Integrated a larger group of lateral attorneys for the first time in the firm’s history.
  • Recognized by the 2024 PA Law 100 from The Legal Intelligenceras the Fastest Growing Law Firm in PA by Percentage of Attorneys and second Fastest Growing Law Firm in PA by Number of Attorneys.
  • Ascended to the 44thlargest law firm in Pennsylvania (up from 57th in 2023).

Operational Investments

To support the firm’s continued advancement, RCCB made critical investments in both operational leadership and infrastructure, including:

  • Hired new CFO & Director of Operations (first full year in 2024).
  • Hired new Director of Human Capital and HR (started in early 2025).
  • Established new position of Director of Business Development (first full year in 2024)
  • Implemented a major technology migration to enhance operational efficiency and security.

Looking Ahead to 2025: Expansion Plans

To support its continued growth and commitment to its culture, RCCB is set to expand its physical footprint significantly in 2025:

  • Philadelphia: RCCB will unveil new office space in Philadelphia on January 27 at Three Logan Square, increasing its footprint in the City by 82 percent. The new office space features multiple collaboration spaces and larger offices for the attorneys.
  • Conshohocken: Expanding its presence by approximately 33 percent by adding 12 new offices.
  • Nashville Presence: The firm will open a new office in Nashville in spring 2025. Led by Executive Committee member Hope Hammer, RCCB will bring its culture and commitment to excellence to this dynamic growth market, with plans to add attorneys across specialties. In addition to her time in Nashville, Hope will continue to spend one week each month in the Greater Philadelphia area offices, fostering continued collaboration across locations.
