The annual kick-off reception at Findlay Galleries was held in support of Palm Beach Symphony’s 23rd Annual Gala on Monday, February 17.

Guests also enjoyed a preview of recent works by contemporary British Impressionist Hugo Grenville. In his works, it is easy to detect his deep appreciation for color and pattern, drawing inspiration from both historical and modern influences. In his landscapes, echoes of Les Nabis, a pioneering group of Post-Impressionist painters, intertwine with a newfound fascination with American Post-War art. His figurative and still-life paintings reflect the elegance and intimacy of Henri Matisse, Pierre Bonnard and Edouard Vuillard.
Findlay Galleries’ President and COO, Adolfo Zaralegui, added, “We look forward to the Gala when we come together again to celebrate the tremendous impact the Symphony has made in the Greater Palm Beach community and beyond.”
