Together, New Urban Residential and Spruce Properties manage a portfolio of more than 4,500 rental units across Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The companies are acknowledged for creating value for investors at existing properties while partnering on new acquisitions.
Gubiotti brings extensive experience in the multifamily housing industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and implementing innovative strategies. Her leadership will advance New Urban Residential’s mission to redefine urban living by creating modern, connected communities.
