Louisville Marketing Firm OvareGroup Acquires Argentine Creative Powerhouse Togetherwith

Louisville-based OvareGroup, an independent media and marketing communications company, has acquired Buenos Aires creative agency Togetherwith, expanding its international footprint and strengthening its creative capabilities across the Americas, the company announced today.

The deal, which follows a two-year strategic partnership between the firms, creates a cross-continental operation that leverages Argentine creative talent while building on OvareGroup’s established presence in the U.S. market. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Togetherwith, formerly known as FCB Buenos Aires, brings with it a portfolio of major clients, including Stellantis, Jeep, and RAM. The agency has already established offices in Louisville and Miami during its partnership with OvareGroup, marking significant U.S. market expansion.

“What started as a strategic partnership has evolved into something much more transformative,” OvareGroup CEO Brandi Lafontaine told CityBiz. “By connecting Louisville’s market expertise with Argentine creativity, we’ve created a unique model that brings authentic voices and perspectives to the North American market.”

The acquisition strengthens OvareGroup’s position across several key sectors, including healthcare, education, food hospitality, consulting, and retail. During the initial partnership phase, Togetherwith secured new business from several major clients, including Ingredion, Xfinity Comcast, and DirecTV.

The deal maintains Togetherwith’s current management structure in Argentina while expanding resources across all locations. Santiago Puiggari will continue as CEO and founding partner of Togetherwith.

For OvareGroup, which maintains long-term relationships with clients such as KFC (37 years), Long John Silvers (nearly 20 years), and LongHorn Steakhouse (15 years), the acquisition represents a significant step in its international growth strategy.

The combined operation will offer clients enhanced access to international creative talent, integrated technological capabilities, including AI and advanced analytics, and specialized expertise in both U.S. and Latin American markets.
