Colliers South Florida welcomes Nicole Fontaine as Executive Vice President

Colliers announced today that Nicole Fontaine has joined the firm as Executive Vice President based in South Florida. In her new role, Nicole will focus on providing quality retail services out of the Boca Raton office.

Nicole brings 20 years of real estate experience with a strong emphasis on South Florida’s retail market. Before joining Colliers, she served as Vice President at Katz & Associates, specializing in new development, mixed-use high-street leasing, sales, and tenant/landlord representation across Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Her expertise has been pivotal in the success of major projects such as Uptown Boca, 1212 Aventura, and Lotis Wellington. Throughout her career, she has completed transactions with leading retailers like ESPN, Wells Fargo, and BurgerFi while representing major landlords, including BlackRock, Kimco, and Starwood Retail Properties.

Nicole is actively engaged in her community; she serves on Boca Raton’s Community Advisor Board and has served on Delray Beach’s Code Enforcement Board. She is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), further strengthening her industry connections and market expertise.
