
Modern speakeasy-inspired omakase concept Sushi by Boū – known for reimagining the omakase experience – plans to open on February 7 at Benny’s on the Beach – Oceanwalk in Lake Worth Beach, FL at 10 S. Ocean Blvd. This will be the third Sushi by Boū location in Palm Beach County following the 2023 openings in Boca Raton and at the PGA National Resort.
The new Sushi By Boū – Ocean Blvd. location will feature its classic omakase experience at a 14-seat bar. As part of the bespoke speakeasy dining experience with Sushi by Boū, each location has its own aesthetic and vibe offering a unique and memorable guest experience at each location.
Sushi by Boū – Ocean Blvd. captures an effortless vacation vibe with a chic glam twist, with soft sandy tones paired with bold pops of color, creating a laid-back yet stylish atmosphere. Sushi by Boū has mixed in natural elements like driftwood and ocean-inspired decor, along with some shiny metallics and luxe fabrics to add that touch of elegance that come together in a perfect balance. The ideal environment for a fun, vibrant sushi party at the beach.
Sushi by Boū partners Erika London and Chef David Bouhadana are both Palm Beach County residents, with Ms. London relocating to Boca Raton with her family in 2022.

The newest opening in Lake Worth Beach brings the total count for Sushi by Boū to 20 locations nationally in New York, New Jersey, South Florida, Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington, DC and Puerto Rico, and five in the simplevenue portfolio, including sister brands Sushi Suite, Omakaseed, Fins and Scales, and Trust Bae. Sushi By Bou will add additional locations soon in Nashville and a second location in Puerto Rico, this one inside an RV and the world’s first mobile omakase restaurant.
Its hospitality group, simplevenue and founders Michael Sinensky and Erika London alongside Partner and Chief Hospitality Officer renowned hospitality and nightlife expert Richie Romero, added 10 new locations to their portfolio in the last two years.

Sushi by Boū’s seasoned sushi chefs expertly guide guests through the hour-long omakase experience. Guests can sit back and let the chef decide their menu and unique libations. Diners at this location can sip on signature cocktails like the Yuzu Honey Bee, Shiso Southsider, Beach, Please and Ship Happens.
Pricing is $65 (12-course omakase) and $125 (17-course omakase “Bougie” upgrade featuring five additional seasonal courses).

Hand rolls and other sushi favorites utilizing the freshest highest quality fish sourced locally and globally are available upon request, along with additional à la carte specialties and seasonal mochi ice cream for dessert.
Sushi by Boū – Ocean Blvd. will be located at 10 South Ocean Blvd, Lake Worth Beach. Hours of operation are seven days per week, 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. It will open for lunch in the coming weeks. Reservations can be made at sushibybou.com or OpenTable.
