
North Texas Property Tax Services is relocating and expanding its headquarters office, snapping up space in a project with round-the-clock perks and additional room for future expansion.
The company has leased 8,163 sf in Addison Park Place at 4560 Belt Line Rd. after searching nearly five months to keep its headquarters firmly rooted within the city of Addison. NTPTS will gain nearly 3,000 sf of additional operating space, opening the door for new hires when it relocates March 1.
“NTPTS is the largest high-end residential property tax consulting service in North Texas so it was important to stay in Addison because of its proximity to the region’s four appraisal districts,” says Stewart Fuller, broker associate of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and the tenant’s representative.
Fuller added his client’s criteria also was focused on office space with a 24/7 HVAC system. “NTPTS works round-the-clock so that was extremely important too. There are limited options with that type of climate control in the market,” he says.
Construction is underway on NTPTS’ new headquarters office, formerly home to Nothing Bundt Cakes. Addison Park Place’s newest tenant has leased three-fourths of the third floor, with the balance in reserve for future expansion.
The four-story office building is situated within walking distance to the city’s restaurant row and just blocks from the Dallas North Tollway. Troy Dewan of Harkinson Dewan Commercial represented the landlord, Addison Park Ltd & Gibby Addison Park LLC, in the long-term lease negotiations.
“It’s an owner-occupied building, which NTPTS really liked,” Fuller adds, “because that unto itself speaks volumes about the project’s quality and pride of ownership.”

LanPro Communications has leased 3,755 sf of office/warehouse space at 1000 Post and Paddock, Grand Prairie, from PHP CRP 1000 P&P LLC. Jason Finch, senior vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Michael W. Spain, executive vice president and managing partner, represented the landlord in the direct deal.
Divine Presence Church has signed a 3,269-sf renewal and expansion, adding 1,769 sf of flex space in Las Colinas Tech Center, 2108 Hurd Dr., Irving. Centre Living Homes LLC and Green Brick Title LLC have renewed 2,908 and 2,790 sf of office space, respectively, in Highland Park West, 4300 MacArthur Ave., Dallas.
