
On February 6, 2025, Promise Fund’s Annual Bridge Lighting and Pink Boots on the Ground celebration was hosted by Bernstein Private Wealth Management in a 16th-floor space they generously donated. With an aerial view of the Royal Park Bridge that links Palm Beach and West Palm Beach, guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and watched in real time the bridge get illuminated in pink, a powerful symbol of breast and cervical cancer awareness.
The event honored the Promise Fund’s ongoing impact, having provided critical services to 26,000 of the more than 80,000 uninsured and underinsured women in Palm Beach County, and served as a powerful reminder of the community’s commitment to improving healthcare access and raising awareness—ensuring that no woman faces breast or cervical cancer alone.
The event brought together Promise Fund Board members, leadership, supporters, and local civic leaders to celebrate the organization’s progress and ongoing impact. Guests included Nancy Brinker; Presenting Bridge Lighting Sponsor, Ellen Levy; Pink Boots on the Ground Chair, Mami Kisner; Promise Fund CEO, Audrey Brown; Board members Ron Rosenberg, Eric Brinker, and David Dodson; local elected official Greg Weiss and Kacey Denney; and Sharon Prolow from Bernstein; and Promise fund staff and navigators, among others.
Co-Founded by Nancy Brinker, Julie Fisher Cummings, and Laurie Silvers, Promise Fund of Florida is dedicated to reducing deaths from late-stage breast and cervical cancer.
