Neuman Commercial Group Arranges the Sale of Midtown Marketplace in Baltimore MD for $5.8M

Neuman Commercial Group, LLC has arranged the sale of Midtown Marketplace, a 39,000 square foot shopping center located at 2008 Maryland Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland. The property sold on February 10th for $5,800,000. Anchored by original Save-A-Lot grocery in place since construction in 1998, the center was 100% occupied at the time of the sale, including national tenants Advance Auto and Dunkin Donuts. Neuman Commercial Group led by Principal Gil Neuman exclusively represented the seller and original owner, Klein Enterprises, and procured the buyer, a New York based private investor.

Located off I-83 near downtown Baltimore, Midtown Marketplace serves 47,000 residents within a one-mile radius, and 284,000 within three miles. It lies .4 miles from Baltimore Penn Station, the eighth busiest train station in the U.S., where a multimillion-dollar historical renovation is now adding one million square feet of new office and retail, and a new companion high-speed rail facility.
