WHY: “The SECU MD Foundation is committed to helping Marylanders achieve lifelong financial wellness. Supporting students – of any age- to pursue education is central to that mission. As higher education expenses continue to rise, the need for our scholarship program continues to grow,” said Charlotte Owsianny, Executive Director of the SECU MD Foundation. “This program is designed to help offset the costs associated with education, empowering students to achieve both their personal and financial goals. SECU and the Foundation will continue to support members through all stages of their lives through our highly engaging, ongoing financial education initiatives. We are honored to continue giving back to our community in this way and cannot wait to review this year’s applications!”
