Posterity Health Raises $13M Series A

Posterity Health, a Denver, CO-based male reproductive and hormonal health company, raised $13M in Series A funding.

The round was led by Georgetown Equity Partners, with participation from existing investors FCA Venture Partners, Distributed Ventures, and WVV. New investors included SteelSky Ventures, Scrub Capital and others.

The company intends to use the funds to continue scaling its platform and expanding its reach, ensuring that every man has access to high-quality reproductive care at every stage of life.

Led by CEO Pam Pure, Posterity Health provides solutions for fertility challenges, optimize hormone levels, and manage long-term health risks, combining technology with clinical care. Through its telehealth services, at-home diagnostics, and in-person care, the company has become a trusted partner for men at every stage, from family building and fertility optimization to hormone management, vasectomies, low-testosterone treatments, and more.

Posterity Health’s platform addresses challenges in male reproductive care, including:

  • Delayed Diagnoses & High Costs: Many couples struggling with infertility wait nearly two years before the male partner is tested, resulting in unnecessary procedures and financial strain. Personalized insights help identify male fertility issues earlier, leading to faster, more effective interventions.
  • Limited Access to Specialists: With only 250 fellowship-trained reproductive urologists nationwide, long wait times and geographic barriers often prevent men from receiving timely, evidence-based care. Posterity Health’s technology-driven triage system helps match patients to the right specialists, optimizing provider availability.
  • Overprescription & Mismanagement of Testosterone Therapy: Without proper oversight, hormone treatments can negatively impact fertility, yet they are often prescribed without a full understanding of their effects. Expert care coupled with advanced decision-support tools ensure appropriate hormone management based on clinical guidelines.
  • Undiagnosed Health Risks: Male infertility is linked to testicular cancer, high blood pressure, obesity, and other serious conditions, making early evaluation critical for long-term health. Posterity Health leverages data-driven tools to detect potential underlying health risks early, allowing for preventive care interventions.
