NDM Holdings Group LLC, the umbrella company of Rentyl Resorts, and its founders have been ranked #7 on Florida State University’s 2025 Seminole 100. The annual list recognizes the fastest-growing businesses owned or managed by FSU alumni. Brothers Nicholas, Dan and Matthew Falcone, who are equal owners/partners in the business, all graduated from the university.
The company was honored on February 22, 2025, at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center in Tallahassee, Florida, during the 8th annual Seminole 100 Celebration.
“As proud FSU alumni, my brothers and I are humbled and truly honored to be recognized among the top 10 fastest-growing businesses this year,” said Nicholas Falcone, Managing Principal of NDM Holdings Group and CEO of Rentyl Resorts, which was recognized on the list last year. “This recognition reflects the hard work and dedication of our entire team, and our mission to be disruptors in the hospitality industry.”
NDM Holdings Group LLC is an innovator in the travel, real estate, entertainment, software, and dining industries. The company’s fastest-growing venture, Rentyl Resorts, provides hospitality companies, residential developers, real estate investors, and well-known brands with a 360-degree solution for the development of short-term rental resorts and management for existing resorts.
