Guest Services Promotes Brandy Frederich to Vice President of Hospitality

Guest Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Brandy Frederich to Vice President of Hospitality. Since joining the company in 2016, Ms. Frederich has played a pivotal role in leading and enhancing visitor experiences at some of our most treasured national and state park locations, including Mount Rainier National Park in Washington State and Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park in California. Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening key partnerships, expanding our e-commerce and retail operations, and driving significant revenue growth in a variety of strategic projects over the past nine years.

In her new role, Ms. Frederich will oversee an expanded portfolio of national and state park properties across the United States, furthering Guest Services, Inc.’s long-standing commitment to excellence in hospitality and park management. “We are delighted to have Brandy in this key leadership position,” said Nico Foris, CEO at Guest Services, Inc. “Her passion for hospitality, dedication to innovation, and ability to cultivate strong partnerships make her the ideal leader to drive our mission forward.”

Ms. Frederich has over 25 years of experience in concessions management, having started her career in parks in 1996. She has held roles across all aspects of the business, working with multiple concessionaires nationwide. Her expertise spans multi-unit operations, quality assurance, core processes, strategic planning and implementation, project management, historic preservation, and compliance. Additionally, she has a strong track record of building relationships within surrounding communities.
