BayCoast Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Melissa Byers of Lodi, Wisconsin to First Vice President, Merchant Program.
In this role, Byers oversees and directs functions related to the continued success of the bank’s merchant program with responsibilities that includes daily settlement activities, accurate billing of clients and ensuring that the program is compliant with all card brand regulations and policies.
Byers joined BayCoast Bank in March of 2016 as Assistant Vice President of the Merchant Program and was promoted to VP in January of 2020. Her previous industry experience includes as Director of Operations with Automated Merchant Systems, Inc. in Altamonte Springs, Florida and as Operations Manager with FIS in Madison, Wisconsin.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences – Wildlife Ecology, Byers is a resident of Lodi, Wisconsin.
