Promise Fund, a South Florida based non-profit founded by Ambassador Nancy G. Brinker, announced that it will provide free mammograms at Fit Fest 2025 on Saturday, April 5, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Guy Davis Park, 724 S.E. 10th Street, Stuart, Florida and at Tri-City Senior “Spring Fling” Health Fair on Thursday, March 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Eddie Lee Gymnasium, 360 East Main Street, Pahokee, Florida.
Those interested in getting a mammogram at Fit Fest must register by calling 305-389-5850.
Those interested in getting a mammogram at the Tri-City Senior “Spring Fling” Health Fair must register by calling 877-427-7664.
The Stuart event will feature music and movement, free mammograms, face painting, games, giveaways, food trucks, music and vendors. It is being held in Martin County by the City of Stuart and the Florida Department of Health’s Music and Movement Program.
The Pahokee event will feature health screenings, giveaways, social services, nutrition and more.
Promise Fund reaches tens of thousands of women in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin Counties who are uninsured, under insured or have limited or no access to healthcare. The organization, founded in 2018, is dedicated to increasing survivorship from cervical cancer and breast cancer by providing guided support and access to screenings, as well as early detection, treatment, and beyond.
To date, Promise Fund has reached 41,208 individuals through outreach and education and has impacted the lives of 14,576 women through access to screenings, diagnostics, and care.
