ComForCare Home Care Services Consolidates Two Locations into New Space at Galleria Towers in Lutherville

President and owner Jenette Young has been operating in-home caregiving services company for the past 16 years, helping clients in Baltimore and Carroll County, and Baltimore City

ComForCare, a national franchise provider of in-home caregiving services, has consolidated two locations into a new space at Galleria Towers at 1447 York Road in the Lutherville section of Baltimore County. President Jenette Young, who has operated the local franchise for the past 16 years, signed a lease with Hill Management Services, Inc. at the eight-story building. Danielle Bridge, Leasing Manager for Hill Management Services, Inc. represented the landlord and Tim Gardner of Gardner Commercial Realty represented the tenant in this transaction.

Young’s ComForCare territory covers Baltimore and Carroll County, as well as Baltimore City. The concept offers personal home care, Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, and private-duty nursing services for elderly and disabled individuals. ComForCare is licensed by the state of Maryland to provide assistance with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship to persons over the age of 18. They also help people who are rehabilitating following an accident or surgery and are staffed by a team of certified nursing assistants and registered nurses and typically provide help to clients from 4 to 24 hours a day.

The Lutherville site consolidates two former locations situated in Randallstown and on Pennsylvania Avenue in Baltimore County.

“As a residential service agency licensed by the state of Maryland, our team of professionals are highly-trained and skilled to help individuals with an assortment of daily and household tasks,” Jenette explained. “We are here for people who wish to remain and thrive at home, and be a high-quality and cost-efficient alternative to moving to an assisted living facility. Many adult children find themselves torn in different directions and sandwiched by the needs of their elderly parents and their young kids, and we offer a viable solution.”

Young said she was immediately drawn to the professional image projected by Galleria Towers, its contemporary look, and the fact that many thriving businesses are located within the building and nearby. “The Lutherville location is basically halfway between our former offices,” she added. “The area opens up greater support opportunities for additional areas.”

“ComForCare, and concepts like it, are riding the wave of the silver tsunami and filling an important gap for residents that prefer to age in place in surroundings they are familiar with,” said Danielle Beyrodt, Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of Hill Management Services. “This model provides a high-value proposition as compared to the cost and difficulty to move and pay monthly expenses. Jenette Young is a seasoned operator and we have tremendous confidence in her abilities.”
