Brittan’s appointment comes at a time when knowledge management, enterprise search, and business intelligence are converging, requiring organizations to go beyond traditional store-and-search systems to actively drive knowledge value and surface insights for smarter, faster decision-making. Brittan brings more than 30 years of experience leading high-growth technology companies across multiple domains. He previously served as Vice President of Engineering & Product at Google, where he led platform engineering and outbound product management for Google Workspace. Prior to Google, Brittan was Founder and CEO of Crux Informatics, a cloud-native data management startup, and CTO & Global Head of Platform for Thomson Reuters’ Financial & Risk division (now Refinitiv/LSEG), where he led a turnaround of product development driving over $6B in revenue.
