Cynet Appoints Meghan AuBuchon as CMO

BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Cynet, provider of the world’s first All-in-One Cybersecurity Platform, today announced the appointment of Meghan AuBuchon as Chief Marketing Officer. AuBuchon will lead Cynet’s global marketing strategy, brand positioning and demand generation initiatives. Her appointment builds on the announcement of Jason Magee as Cynet CEO, as well as the recent additions of experienced leaders Karen Ward and Jeannine Edwards, to advance Cynet’s commitment to channel partnership as a strategic priority for growth moving forward.

A seasoned cybersecurity executive with almost 20 years of technology sector experience, AuBuchon brings a track record of successfully scaling teams, defining brand priorities, executing data-driven strategies and accelerating growth. I am thrilled to introduce Meghan as a leader to boost our brand and drive demand. Meghan’s visionary leadership will be an asset as Cynet continues to challenge the cybersecurity status quo, expand partnerships and foster a culture of innovation.”

AuBuchon joins Cynet after the company surpassed all growth goals and doubled net new ARR in 2024. As CMO, she will be responsible for Cynet’s global marketing efforts, including brand messaging, go-to-market strategies, demand generation and field sales support for Cynet’s global product, customer and partner marketing teams.

“I am excited to join Cynet at such a transformative time,” said AuBuchon. “The value Cynet’s All-in-One Cybersecurity Platform provides for partners and end users, combined with 24/7 SOC support, stands out as cyberattacks increase in volume and sophistication. The stage is set to further demonstrate the advantages that differentiate Cynet as the premier cybersecurity solution for channel partners. I look forward to working with the capable team at Cynet to drive market awareness, build strong customer relationships and accelerate the company’s next phase of growth.”

In addition to optimizing partner and customer acquisition strategy, AuBuchon will increase marketing support for existing Cynet partners. “The All-in-One Cybersecurity Platform provides unparalleled value for partners in the channel, and I am excited to maximize that positive impact by demonstrating compelling new opportunities for Cynet partners to accelerate their business growth, protect customers and maximize efficiency.”
