Silverstein Properties, a leading real estate investment, development and management firm, today announced a long-term agreement with H.W. Kaufman Group, which will relocate its New York City office to 1177 Avenue of the Americas, the striking one million-square-foot Midtown office tower.

Kaufman is a global specialty insurance organization with offices across North America, the U.K., Europe and UAE. The company, which signed a 10-year lease, will occupy 11,012 square feet across a portion of 1177 Avenue of the America’s 21st floor upon its move from 555 Fifth Avenue in late 2025.
