Perforce Software, a Minneapolis, MN-based DevOps company for global teams, acquired Snowtrack, a Montreal, Canada-based provider of a distributed version control system for Games, Animation and VFX.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Perforce Software will expand its offerings, allowing art teams to track and manage changes to files and projects.
