
Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), a leading provider of commercial real estate capital markets financing solutions, arranged $6,372,000 for the refinancing of a retail property tenanted by Pet Supreme, located at 20900 Sherman Way in Canoga Park, California.
Marc Cesarec, managing director in MMCC’s Encino office, secured financing with a national direct lender on behalf of a private client.
“The newest location of this highly respected pet clinic and retail store will be a great addition to the Canoga Park neighborhood,” said Cesarec.
Terms of the 30-year loan include full-term amortization and a 60% loan-to-value.
The tenant is a pet supply store with locations throughout California. The Sherman Way location is slated for its grand opening on March 15, 2025.
