Dustin Albers, senior vice president of Lee & Associates (formerly of Cawley Commercial) represented General Produce Distributors in the sale of 2980 Hart Court, a 38,252-square-foot building in Franklin Park, ILL. Matt Garland and Andrew Maletich of Cawley Commercial also represented the seller.
“The buyer was attracted to this unique property because they could utilize its existing coolers and distribution space,” Albers said. “We were under contract within four months of hitting the market.”
The buyer, Fruition Logistics, was represented by David Conroy of Cawley Commercial Real Estate.
