Quick n Clean 69, LLC, Quick n Clean TX 6, LLC and GNC Garages of Frisco LLC have purchased 8.16 acres at the intersection of Parkwood Boulevard and Lebanon Road in Frisco from Rudco Land LLC. SOUTH TEXAS LEASE
Vitamin Shoppe has leased 2,555 sf of retail space in Grand at Aliana, located at the intersection of West Grand Parkway S. and West Airport Boulevard in Richmond from NewQuest. Josh Friedlander of NewQuest represented the landlord. Brett Strake of NewQuest represented the tenant.
